Ingredients
· Bagda or lobster 200 grams
· almond oil 2 tablespoons
· crushed garlic 5 cloves
· chopped green chilies 2
· rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
· lemon juice
· 1 long cut green beans 90 grams
· chili flakes 1 teaspoon
· French breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon
How to make
· Heat oil and saute garlic and chillies.
· Add prawns, rice vinegar and lemon juice and keep frying.
· When the shrimps are light pink, add the French breadcrumbs.
· When fried a little more, sprinkle with salt and semi-powdered chili flakes and serve hot.
