Ingredients
· 1 Lime (patilebu)
· Large prawns in shells- 900 grams (about 30)
· Mild chili sauce (120 mL)
· Tomato sauce (120 ml)
· Horseradish
· 3 tablespoons lime juice
· ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
· ¼ teaspoon Tobasco sauce
· Salt to taste
How to make
· Boil water with little salt, half a lemon and prawns for 3 minutes.
· Remove the boiled prawns from the the boiling water and put them in cold water
· When the prawns are hot peel them and keep them aside.
· Make the cocktail sauce while the prawns are cool
· To make the sauce mix chili sauce, tomato sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire and tobacco sauce
· Now mix the sauce with boiled prawns and the cocktail is ready.
